“The modern way were fantastic - an overall 10 out of 10 from start to finish. We danced all night, and everyone loved them. Communication prior to the event was great - Ash was in touch and chatted to my fiancée ensuring we got exactly the music we wanted. We'll definitely be rebooking them for future events. ”

“Outstanding – they surpassed my expectations. The extra effort they took to learn the song I wrote and play it so beautifully was the highlight of my day. Everybody I spoke to the following day told me how great and professional the band were: the fact that the dance floor was so full was testament to that.As I mentioned before, the time they put aside to learn the song I wrote and perform it so well on the day blew me away, and I know our guests were equally as impressed. They didn’t need to learn it – they could have quite easily said ‘no, we don’t have the time’, or ‘no, we don’t do that kind of thing’ and I would have been disappointed but I’d have understood. I suppose it’s the difference between a good wedding band and a great wedding band.”

“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the guys for your performances at our wedding on Friday. You were absolutely fantastic! The acoustic sets were really great whilst guests were mingling after the ceremony, and the evening sets blew everyone away. You helped create a fun, party atmosphere, which we were really going for, and got plenty of people involved in singing and dance offs etc. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments were said about you guys from our guests. We have seen a few wedding bands before, but you are the best we have seen, and by a distance! Listening to you online before had us excited about your having you play our wedding, and you were even better than we could have hoped”

They got everyone out of their seats and out of the bar to strut their stuff on the dance floor with a fantastic range of music that everyone enjoyed.Would highly recommend The Modern Way and wouldn't hesitate to book them again.”

“Well, what can we say?? The Modern Way were most certainly the best thing about our wedding. It will be their incredible talent, amazing playlist, and fun loving personalities that we will remember most. The dance floor didn't stop rocking and we can't thank them enough for making our day so special. The sing offs, dance offs and the band interacting so greatly with our guests will be main the talking point of our wedding for years to come. They also coped extremely well when the giant balloons arrived on to the dance floor and they raised the bar even higher! Such great, talented musicians, who listened to what we wanted and even created a special garage/r&b mash up. It went down a storm! Couldn't recommend The Modern Way enough. “We were quite worried about hiring a band as you never know if they are going to perform well, sound good or get the crowd on their feet! Especially as we paid more then what we had originally budgeted! But our minds were put at ease instantly! They were brilliant! All of our guests commented on how fantastic they all were and they really loved how they got involved with them, joining them onto the dance floor and dancing with them etc. Initiating the dance off was brilliant and I (the bride) particularly enjoyed it, beating my brother hands down!!! I even got to have a play on the guitar! They were simply fabulous and a really talented band!”
